Senior IT Executive (Infrastructure & EUC)

Responsibilities:

1. Support new IT projects implementation related to IT/OT Infrastructure, End User Computing, Digital Workplace, and all digitalization efforts across the company business.

Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

2. Co-ordinate on setup and deployment of physical network infrastructure, Internet connectivity, end user computing (laptop and iPad), Printers, digital workplace (Microsoft Office365, Teams, SharePoint, meeting/conference room technology, Mobile Device Management, etc), VPN, IoT.

3. Collaborate with internal cross functional teams and vendors to support IT/OT infrastructure deployment according to business, application, and non-functional requirement.

4. Manage infrastructure delivery issues for operation teams and IT team in overcoming obstacles to ensure successful deployment.

5. Identify and apply IT architecture patterns, design blueprints, guidelines, and solution diagrams, and communicating to all relevant stakeholders.

6. Co-ordinate and scope specification for IT hardware, software, and services related procurement activities.

7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry, and company standards pertaining to IT security, data privacy, and technology governance to protect company assets and mitigate risks.

8. Work with stakeholders and greater IT team to develop and implement tailored IT support and solutions that align with company's goals.

9. Any other IT related functions when required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 7 years of working IT experience in IT Infrastructure, Digital workplace management, project management, or related fields. (Manufacturing, Aviation, MRO industry experience is an added advantage).

3. Good knowledge in IT enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Firewall), compute technologies, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), Identity Access Management, Microsoft Office 365, Collaboration Tools (MS Teams and SharePoint), SaaS, and IoT.

4. Experience in deploying or supporting new IT Infrastructure setup.

5. Ability to learn and implement emerging technologies.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).

7. Result oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and team player.

8. Dynamic, highly committed, and able to work well under pressure in highly regulated and business critical environments.
