About The Role

Responsible for conducting sample testing of incoming materials and/or finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies’ requirements and company standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of functional area policies and procedures and performs routine analytical testing of sample functions.
• Establish an understanding of requirements, laboratory processes and procedures, utilization of good documentation practices and other regulatory authority requirements.
• Develops operational proficiency using analytical techniques and instrumentation to support sampling and testing for applicable products and incoming materials.
• Contributes to projects as assigned and participates in continuous improvement efforts.
• Grows knowledge in sampling activities and builds knowledge in administration of samples and sample handling within the Quality Control environment.
• Works independently and in a team environment to meet and exceed established objectives, applicable key performance indicators and quality performance indicators.
  
  
  

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

• Diploma in science in Chemistry or any related field.
• 2 years' experience in QC.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor science in Chemistry or any related field
• Vast experience in handling analytical equipment (HPLC, GC, Dissolution, FTIR, UV).
• Hands-on experience in operating Empower and SAP system are value added advantage.
• Looking for people who appreciate the importance of safety and quality and strive to continuously improve our performance and practices. As we are working in an open and transparent environment, so we are looking for someone who treats others with respect and integrity.
• Perform routine and non-routine testing which requires accuracy in technique and attention to details in interpreting results/data. Ability to perform troubleshooting whenever having a testing issue and critical thinking in making decision is one of the key qualities in QC Lab.
• QC Analyst will perform analysis of product that support the release product disposition. Good time management is important to ensure we able to support end to end lead time for release and to achieve department and site KPI for release.
• Need to have a good teamwork and communication skills as it is required to get involves in cross-function interaction and discussion in day-to-day operations.
