What You Will Do

Engineering Development and Projects:

  • Responsible to provide electrical concepts, applies engineering theories and methods to investigate and identify solution for complex technical problems, assigned by his/her superior.
  • Responsible for managing New product and cost down development, simulation and analysis of electronic concepts/circuits, PCB board optimization. And Produce documentation for wiring / product diagram of every product development
  • Responsible to work an in-house Prototype prior to supplier localization, assigned by his/her superior.
  • Coordinate with supplier for new parts sourcing, development, improvement, and other activity
  • Responsible to manage electronic product development progress as per schedule.

QA/QC:

  • To attend customer’s complaint related to electronics product and carry-out necessary action needed to prevent and resolve current issue.
  • To work with Quality Control on a Testing Method for incoming and outgoing product
  • Take initiative on Quality improvement which benefit for company
  • Responsible to provide Jigs & fixture and Test equipment to QC & Operation

Production:

  • Develop and Coordinate with operation on the proper assembly of electronics product
  • Perform equipment & process simulations
  • Coordinate a method Statement for any installation / assembly
  • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solution to improve production rates and quality of output

Others:

  • Provide guidance and work with design engineer related to electronics / electrical
  • Responsible in monitoring and maintaining related tool / equipment / machine at the Engineering Laboratory Testing area.

What You Should Have

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Microelectronic Engineering / Electronic Engineering
  • At least 3-5 years experience as a Electronic Engineer
  • Must be experience in the below

Circuit design and PCB design

Firmware Programming is an added advantage

PLC Programming

Diagnostic test for DC Actuator and various other devices

Read and design schematic diagram

Knowledge of AutoCAD or Drafting software drawings is an advantage
