Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external vendors.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions.
Willingness to work on-call shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Certification in relevant fields (e.g., HVAC, electrical) is a plus.
