Responsibilities

  • Shortlist profiles and arrange interviews.
  • Conduct telephonic or personal interviews and share reports with Business Units.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet recruitment needs.
  • Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, accurately recording all resourcing activities on the HR information system.
  • Work closely with various business partners to meet recruitment needs.
  • Advise business partners on market conditions and negotiate realistic expectations to close open positions.
  • Work with dynamic team members in a fast-moving environment.
  • Complete day-to-day tasks within normal work hours, with occasional extended hours as needed.
  • Lead and guide team members to ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and customer service standards.
