Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities, manage budgets, and ensure procurement practices align with financial goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products and services meet the hotel's quality standards and specifications.
  • Order Processing: Place and track orders, handle purchase requisitions, and ensure the timely delivery of goods.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyse procurement reports, track expenditures, and provide insights to the management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with purchasing software or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
