Job Responsibility

Production assistants tasks include, but not limited to the followings: â

Prepare, update and maintain a proper records of clientâs data including measurement detailsÂ in production software;
Preparing production requirements schedules, ensuring that materials are available when needed, and keeping relevant records;
Preparing or assisting in the preparation of production operation schedules on the basis of customersâ orders and production capacity and performance;
Verifying stocks, arranging deliveries and investigating delays;
Recording and coordinating the flow of work and materials between departments.
Responsible for the packing, labeling & delivery process on the finished goods.
Assisting in preparing of relevant documentation for any tender submission requirement.

Job Requirements
