- Planning, managing and executing sales activities to meet sales targets, i.e. revenue and profit;
- Identify and follow-up on potential sales and new business opportunities;
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contracts;
- Responsible for the account management of existing and potential customers;
- Ensure sales growth and increase market share;
- Develop new markets and giving advice to customers on products;
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation i.e. analysis, trends, etc.;
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects;
- Collaborating with management on sales goals;
- Provide timely reporting to Management on market insights, situation and suggestion for improvements.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science / Marketing / IT or equivalent;
- Preferably with at least 2 year(s) of working experience in tele-marketing, business development, sales management, product management environment or other related fields;
- Fresh graduates with the relevant academic qualifications are encouraged to apply;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill;
- Possess interest in IT and/or is Internet savvy;
- Aggressive, resourceful and possess strong desire to succeed;
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people;
- Ability to work well in a team environment;
- Willing and able to travel overseas for customers’ visit or meeting.
