  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly financial reports and yearly budgets
  • Responsible for various financial reporting deliverables in accordance with internal policies, financial reporting standards and relevant laws and regulations
  • Participates in the analysis of financial data to evaluate the performance of the company
  • Review and ensure the completeness of the accounts receivables (ie: tenants billings/CN/DN) and documentation of the documentation
  • Maintaining our accounting system and communicating process improvements
  • Assist in overseeing and supervising the work of more junior members of staff
  • Arranging and completing yearly tax fillings, financial audits, and reviews as required
  • Responsible for timely SST submission and ensuring payments are made to the relevant authority within the deadline

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Experience in SQL will be an added advantage
  • A valuable team player and able to work independently
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to work
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English including written and verbal communication skills as this role will be working closely with Chinese stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
