A leading global company in the renewables sector is looking for an ambitious Head of Sales to join their prestigious organization. The role reports directly to the division's senior directors, with the potential to become part of the senior management team within two years, contingent on meeting all key performance indicators (KPIs).
The Role.
This role's key responsibility is to actively engage in sales projects covering solar and energy saving systems products, to be able to collaborate with technical customers and partners. Acting as a frontliner of the business to offer product expertise, deliver solution designs, drive the execution of key requirements. Overall, candidate has to ensure successful project wins.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the solar or energy-saving systems industry. Applicants are expected to be well-versed in the core components of the products, such as inverters, batteries, PCS, and control systems and primary architectures of large-scale solar and off-grid systems, as well as the strengths and limitations of different solutions.
