Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Executive / Sr Executive role at Texas Chicken Malaysia located in Petaling Jaya. The role involves daily tasks related to real estate especially to manage existing and new tenancy agreement, real estate development, property management within the company's operations.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate Development, and Real Property management skills
  • Manage tenancy / lease agreement and must familiar with the commercial terms and clauses in the LOO and TA.
  • Experience in real estate transactions and property management
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must have valid driving license
