Job Description
- Develop detailed forecasts for articles and segments across the brand's .com, app, and marketplace ecosystems.
- Forecast against Open-To-Buy (OTB) for eCommerce in collaboration with SEA and EM eCommerce teams.
- Implement best practices for end-to-end in-season management, including managing best and worst sellers, stock cover management, and reactivity.
- Benchmark and drive KPIs on productivity, sell-thru, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the Assortment Planning team to align product mix with business shares, category shares, and gender mix for eCommerce.
- Support the SEA buying lead by overseeing country inventory situations and flows.
- At least 5 years of working experience in eCommerce buying or merchandising.
- Strong background in managing forecasts, inventory, and product assortments across multiple digital platforms (e.g. brand.com, app, marketplaces).
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and assortment planning.
- High level of accuracy and thoroughness in managing tasks and reviewing information.
- Expert user of MS Office suite, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of Retail Management Systems - SAP AFS, SAP PGR, DVM, Microstrategy (added value)
