Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary/Personal Assistant at MINC Corporate Consultants located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The role involves providing personal assistance, executive administrative support, managing communication, handling diary management, and utilizing clerical skills to support the daily operations of the firm.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong communication skills
- Diary Management and Clerical Skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
