Role Responsibilities

  • Risk Reward Optimization: Develop analytics-driven dynamic underwriting frameworks to expand the credit universe and optimize risk-balanced growth of existing portfolios. Focus on building data and analytics capabilities in emerging market segments, such as the gig economy and digital sectors.
  • Risk Monitoring: Utilize advanced analytics for risk measurement, monitoring, and management to enhance portfolio quality, reduce non-performing loans (NPL), and achieve expected credit loss (ECL) savings.
  • Back-End Portfolio Management: Develop predictive collections scoring and segmentation using analytics to create improved, risk-differentiated collection strategies, leading to ECL and cost reduction.
  • Evaluation and Adoption of Advanced Tools: Identify and evaluate cutting-edge tools and artificial intelligence solutions to enhance the Group's capabilities in leveraging data for risk management.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in risk management, analytics, or a related field within the financial services industry. Proven experience in credit risk analytics.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI applications in risk management.
  • Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and technologies in risk management and data analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to design and implement effective risk monitoring and management processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in relation to credit risk management.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
