  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring for the position of Project Executive, IT in Kuala Lumpur!

This full-time role will involve but is not limited to:

• To provide phone support, remote support and On-site support for outlets nationwide and HQ.

• Able to perform Preventive Maintenance – System Health Check for Servers, switches on a certain timeline.

• Asist with on-boarding of new users with laptop and necessary IT access at outlets nationwide and HQ.

• Upkeeping of inventory list of equipment, software and license users for existing and new.

• Point of contact for all service providers for outlets nationwide setup and HQ.

• Maintenance for Servers, laptop and all IT related matters.

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

• Testing new technology according to the needs and wants of the industry.

• Monitoring security measures and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.


Requirements:

• Degree In Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Minimum Work Experience of 3 years with similar responsibilities - preferably in the F&B industry.

• Good written and verbal communication to all walks of life and roles.

• Proficiency in Windows/Linux.

• Availability to travel around with minimal supervision.

• Exposure in project management for opening new outlets would be an added advantage.
