- You will lead and assist the property management team in managing a portfolio of properties.
- Ensuring proper upkeep of engineering and building systems
- Managing and overseeing the performance of service providers, supervising arrears management processes, planning and controlling operating expenses
- Identifying and planning improvement works.
- manage tenants' requests in a timely manner
- Ensure the properties are in compliance with local regulations and liaise with authorities and consultants with regards to regulatory and property matters
- Oversee and assist in the preparation of management reports and the budgeting and forecasting of property expenses
- Working 5 days per week
- Good in Mandarin (compulsory) & English communication skill, computer literacy, knowledge in Building Management.
- Must possess at least a SPM/STPM. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Property/Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
- Fresh graduate encourged to apply.
- Preferably Junior Executives specialising in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
