  • Problem Solving: Identify and address potential challenges or obstacles to project success. Work closely with project teams to develop solutions and ensure that work proceeds smoothly.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including daily reports, inspection reports, and change orders. Prepare and submit required documentation to clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Previous experience in a construction site supervisor role.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
