Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Corporate Planning at Minetech Resources Berhad in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Corporate Planning Senior Executive will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic vision by overseeing KPI monitoring, coordinating internal audit processes, managing risk, and leading sustainability initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in corporate planning, strategic management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of internal audit processes, risk management, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with planning and reporting tools.
