Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Assistant at Alantic Sports in WP, Kuala Lumpur. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for customer service, retail sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting customers, managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's visual appearance.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Retail Sales and Sales experience
  • Ability to create a positive Customer Experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Knowledge of footwear and sports apparel brands
  • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
