Job Purpose
Plan and drive the activities and initiatives in the design, development and delivery of integrated HR solutions and services to deliver the Dialog Group's talent and business objectives.

Key Accountabilities
•Advise managers and department heads on all HR related matters.
•Act as the Focal Point for internal employee engagement, particularly on HR policy communication and implementation, managing conflicts, responding to staff queries and complaints to ensure a harmonious working environment.
•Provide advice and direction in the facilitation of the current and future manpower requirements for each department's business or operational objectives.
•Manage all Employee Relations matters including performance management, disciplinary issues, resignations.
•Liaise and partner with the respective managers and line leaders on staff career management and the identification of staff for promotion and mobility.
•Manage the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure adherence with the PMS processes by all levels of employees to ensure that performance planning, mid-year and year-end performance reviews and appraisals, performance evaluation meetings are conducted in an objective and fair manner.
•Manage with other HR portfolios t develop, review or realign the appropriate organization structure for Dialog Group to meet its business strategic and operational objectives.
•Manage the development and review of job descriptions (JD) and coordinate job evaluation sessions to enable an objective grading of positions across Dialog Group businesses.
•Manage the strategic direction for compensation and benefits policy development and programs including variable / incentive pay design, share options, salary / merit planning & compensation budget cycles.
•Develop, recommend, and execute compensation and benefits plans to address the business needs that will support Dialog Group strategy and support the company's business objectives.
•Monitor and analyze benchmark data, trend information, and economic projections to ensure Dialog Group's total rewards and compensation strategy maintain a competitive market position and responsive to the business needs.
•Oversee all the administrative tasks on appointment, confirmation, transfer, resignation, increment and resignation of employees.
Requirements
•Degree in any discipline
•10 years of relevant experience, preferably in HR Operations
•Experience and background from EPCC or Oil and Gas
