JOB DESCRIPTION – CHANGE MANAGER
Role: Change Manager - Organizational Change Management
Client: Oil & Gas
Job Type: Long term Renewable Contract, 1 Year initial
Location: Onsite, KLCC
Payroll/Benefits: Virtual Calibre MSC. Malaysia
Job Responsibilities:
- Champion and promote the adoption of digital products and associated work methodologies, emphasizing their benefits for the business.
- Ensure the availability of appropriate resources to facilitate the execution of Change Management and product adoption initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Change Management within the project team, prioritizing strategic product adoption and consumption.
- Effectively communicate information to teams in a timely manner, monitoring the effectiveness of communications.
- Expedite the resolution of user issues related to the persona change journey.
- Onboard, develop, and cultivate active and persistent people networks.
- Proactively endorse products and engage positively with relevant teams.
- Provide feedback to the Change lead and project team regarding user sentiments, perceptions, and concerns.
- Support in addressing change impacts, risks, issues, and implementing mitigating actions.
- Stay informed about new and improved ways of working.
- Offer Go-live/release management support and ensure successful adoption.
- Assist in conducting training needs analysis and facilitating user education.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder and persona mapping.
- Proactively manage Change Impact Assessments.
- Manage, shape, and refine integrated change management deliverables aligned with their area of focus and all cross-functional changes.

- Proven experience in change management within a dynamic business environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Familiarity with digital products and their integration into business processes.
- Proactive and results-driven approach to change facilitation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Go-live/release management processes.
- Experience in conducting training needs analysis and delivering user education.
- Stakeholder management and mapping expertise.
