Overall Responsibilities:

  • To assist in maintaining a day-to-day relationship with the tenants, owners, and Berjaya subsidiaries.
  • Support other Departments for the improvement of tenants’ relationship with Mall Management by creating brand awareness, assisting in operational issues, and monitoring tenants’ performance.
  • Recommend changes towards policies, procedures, and overall outlook of the Mall, for continuous improvement and to operationalize new initiatives in the Mall.
  • Support Operations in the event the tenant is not adhering to the mall’s House Rules and other manuals in the way of recommending approach towards tenants.
  • To liaise with Credit Control Department to compile and prepare monthly tenant sales reports.
  • To assist in the analysis of tenant sales report measuring tenant’s performance.
  • To analyze monthly mall footfall.
  • To attend to tenants' feedback/complaints raised.
  • To follow up closely on any operational matters or issues raised by the tenants especially on Maintenance and Housekeeping issues.
  • To prepare Tenant Operations Monthly presentation for management’s update.
  • To ensure all data received is recorded and filed for safekeeping.
  • To complete the daily task given by the superior.

General:

  • To represent the management and maintain a visible presence by conducting regular visits to the tenants assigned and maintaining a good relationship with them.
  • To take note of all promotional activities, information, and events in the complex and update tenants accordingly.
  • To educate all tenants/owners and to ensure they comply with the House Rules under the Tenancy Agreement and the By-Laws of Berjaya Times Square Kuala Lumpur.
  • To ensure tenants’ requests and issues are promptly looked into and solved.
  • To highlight to the relevant departments if there are any issues related to them.
  • To always maintain high levels of professionalism, discipline, and interpersonal skill and be courteous when handling the tenants.
