We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. Our office is located in Bangsar South.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Prepare and maintain new hire documentation and personnel files.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a positive employer brand through engaging content, networking events, and partnerships.
  • Willing to learn HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment is required.
  • Experience in a startup environment would be advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
