The Customer Support Specialist in the ticketing industry will be responsible for managing customer inquiries related to ticket purchases, event information, and troubleshooting via live chats, emails, and inbound calls. The role involves addressing customer issues, such as payment problems or ticket access, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Attending to inbound, live chats and emails
  • Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners.
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
  • Understanding scenarios, making decisions, and suggesting appropriate answers/solutions according to available resources

Qualifications

  • Excellent English & Mandarin / Cantonese communication (verbal & written) skills.
  • SPM and above or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a call centre environment will be an added advantage.
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Proper phone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Fast learner with Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Salary Package:

  • Mandarin + English (agents) : RM3600 (basic) + RM200 (shift allowance) + max. RM1000 (performance allowance)
  • Cantonese + English (agents) : RM4000 (basic) + RM200 (shift allowance) + max. RM1000 (performance allowance)

Working Hours:

  • Normal shifts
  • 9 hours working a day (inclusive 1 hour a break)
  • 5 working days + 2 days off
