Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to lead, plan, and implement change management strategies across various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors within the organization, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing resistance to change. The role requires collaboration with project teams, leadership, and key stakeholders to build an understanding and commitment to the change process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational transformation projects.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and resistance, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
- Design and deliver communication plans, ensuring that messaging is clear, timely, and tailored to different audiences.
- Create and implement training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to adopt changes.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives, using feedback and metrics to adjust strategies where necessary.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring alignment and buy-in from leadership and key influencers.
- Support employees through the change process by providing coaching, resources, and addressing concerns.
- Develop a network of change champions across the organization to reinforce positive adoption behaviors.
