Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret business reports and trends, offering strategic recommendations to management and department heads.
  • Lead data remediation projects, working closely with the existing team to ensure data quality and accuracy.

  • Coordinate with various functional teams to implement and monitor models, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate with key departments and managers to deliver high-quality analytics support using statistical and analytical tools.
  • Ensure that all initiatives align with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Bahasa Malaysia.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a data-driven role, with a background in retail, consumer loyalty, or e-commerce being a plus.
  • Expertise in SQL and modern visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical programming languages (Python, R).
  • Experience in querying databases from diverse sources and performing quantitative modeling and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Adobe Campaign.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
