  • To handle servicing and operations issues arising from customers in the portfolio

  • Support post loan monitoring activities of SME loan accounts
  • Handle the daily servicing & operational matters, and provide quality banking service to Commercial Banking customers
  • Support account relationship management of existing accounts under CMBS’s Small Business Segment with the aim of deepening the wallet share within the allocated portfolio of customers
  • Conduct periodic and AML review for Commercial Banking customers.
  • Reviewing of accounts on a regular basis to prevent non-compliance issues from arising
  • Handle Event trigger calls to customers under care
  • Support CVE RMs in relation to x-selling & accounts management functions to existing customers
  • For lending accounts, to perform post loan monitoring activities such as performing DPD calls, AIP, Repricing & DRP submission
  • Ensure accounts supported are managed in strict adherence to compliance guidelines, statutory compliance and regulations.
  • Engage in other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
