  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stable and reliable ISP network services, including access products, service networks, and core networks.
  • Monitor network performance on a daily basis and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Generate and respond to trouble tickets, and coordinate with carriers as needed.
  • Deploy, maintain, and analyze network monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Implement configuration changes using our change control systems and processes.
  • Install and maintain network hardware and software.
  • Participate in a 24/7 shift cycle.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of network technologies and protocols
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools

-Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

-Experience of working on network equipment in an ISP environment, a large NOC, or other such company associated with networking

-Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP), and technologies (routers, switches, firewalls)

-Experience with network monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
