Summary of the Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of injection moulding and machining processes and quality control standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards before they are shipped to customers. You will work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any quality issues, conduct regular inspections, and maintain detailed records of your findings. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Staying up to date with industry standards and best practices, and continuously seeking ways to improve our quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct regular inspections of injection moulded and machined products.
2. Ensure all products meet required specifications and quality standards.
3. Identify and resolve quality issues in collaboration with the production team.
4. Maintain detailed records of inspection findings.
5. Train and mentor junior inspectors.
6. Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices.
7. Develop and implement quality control procedures.
8. Perform root cause analysis on quality issues.
9. Communicate quality issues and resolutions to management.
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
11. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
12. Conduct audits of production processes.
13. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials.
14. Prepare and present quality reports to management.
15. Monitor and analyse quality data to identify trends.
16. Assist in the development of quality training programs.
17. Ensure proper calibration of inspection equipment.
18. Review and approve quality documentation.
19. Support new product development with quality input.
20. Participate in customer and third-party audits.
21. Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager/Superior.
22. Maintain annual calibration database for all production equipment.
23. Incoming raw material inspection.
24. Perform dimensional and visual inspections to ensure products meet the required specifications and standards.
25. Carry out mechanical testing, such as hardness, tensile strength, and compression tests, as required.
26. Maintain NCR database.
Experience and Knowledge:
• Knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO14001 Quality Management System
• Experience using QA software tools and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exposure to/knowledge of working in a multi-cultural office environment.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Working Schedule:
