- Supervise the recruiting team.

- Predict future talent and staffing requirements.
- Min 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or similar role with at least 2 years in a Managerial position.
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding experience.
- Familiarity with various interview and job selection methods.
- Competence in utilizing social media and job boards.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organized with effective time-management abilities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.

- Monthly Salary: RM7,500 – RM8,500
