- Responsible for GL, Account receivable and Account payable functions
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing and monthly reporting
- Assist in preparation and submission of local tax and statutory requirement
- Ensure the completeness of data recorded and aligned with relevant tax regulations and accounting standards
- Coordinate with other departments and external service provider to achieve timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable and payable related activities
- Assist in coordination with auditors and preparation of accounting schedule
- Provide general accounting support to Finance Manager
- Manage ad-hoc accounting functions and assignments when required
- Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting & Finance or related qualification
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Good Excel Skills, experience with SAP and ACCPAC will be an added advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills especially in English and Mandarin
- Proactive, dynamic, and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Must be responsible, committed, good interpersonal skill and possess initiative
