Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Windows desktop systems, including hardware and software
- troubleshooting.
- Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new workstations and ensure proper functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve support processes.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for knowledge base and training purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users, ensuring a positive experience.
- Participate in shift rotations as required to provide 24/7 support coverage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11).
- Strong understanding of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with Active Directory, VPNs, and remote desktop tools.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
