Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Implement retention strategies to reduce client attrition and increase loyalty.
- Serve as the main contact for client queries and issue resolution.
- Analyze client feedback and data to improve services and satisfaction.
- Monitor client accounts and provide timely updates on their status.
- Stay informed on market trends, as well as the trading opportunities and risks
- Continuously monitor industry developments, economic indicators, and global events that may impact the forex market to deliver timely and relevant recommendations tailored to client needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 1 year working experience in client relations, client retention, or customer engagement, preferably in the forex industry.
- Strong understanding of the forex market and related financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, including writing and verbal communication.
