Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce client attrition and increase loyalty.
  • Serve as the main contact for client queries and issue resolution.
  • Analyze client feedback and data to improve services and satisfaction.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide timely updates on their status.
  • Stay informed on market trends, as well as the trading opportunities and risks
  • Continuously monitor industry developments, economic indicators, and global events that may impact the forex market to deliver timely and relevant recommendations tailored to client needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year working experience in client relations, client retention, or customer engagement, preferably in the forex industry.
  • Strong understanding of the forex market and related financial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, including writing and verbal communication.
