Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Executive to join our dynamic IT team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be providing exceptional technical assistance to our internal teams. Your role will encompass resolving complex IT issues, optimizing IT systems, and ensuring seamless operations across all technological platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of IT support professionals, overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing IT challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
  • Project management experience in IT infrastructure projects.
