Job description:
- Responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up-to-date, and assisting in the hiring process.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
- Manage sales-related administrative tasks, including order processing, sales reporting, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and customer requests.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor and report on key metrics related to sales administration and HR activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably with exposure to sales administration.
- Required at least 3 years of experience in related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay and high preference for Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is a plus point.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
