  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Title: MEP Construction Manager

Location: Johor

Duration: 12 Months renewable

Salary: Max RM13,000

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend regular meetings with the Main Contractor and Consultant to address project-related issues and take corrective actions.
  2. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  3. Coordinate with the design team throughout the design process.
  4. Lead the fast-track high-end design delivery and execution of the project.
  5. Prepare management reports on budgets, schedules, safety records, and upcoming activities.
  6. Ensure strict compliance with technical requirements and contractual obligations.
  7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  8. Provide guidance and support to the project team.
  9. Analyse drawings, specifications, and statements of work for resource planning and scheduling.
  10. Develop program master schedules and perform critical path analysis.
  11. Prepare plans, status reports, and performance evaluations.
  12. Provide program planning expertise, including interface management and risk analysis.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of construction experience, with working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
  • 5 years of experience with Data Centre projects.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Facilities equivalent disciplines.
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or Master's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required skills: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage).
