Role:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with various teams to optimize processes from an operational perspective.
- Ensure improvements are effective, document all changes, and explain to other colleagues the new processes.
- Continuously review and update processes as necessary to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Gather and document business requirements to align solutions with organizational goals and record all process changes to maintain data.
Requirements:
- Previous experience (or equivalent) in related areas (Requirements / Business Process Engineering).
- B2 English.
- Ability to create business process documentation including diagrams.
- Ability to focus both on the bigger picture and the details.
- Flexibility and readiness to spend a few days in one of our Locations.
- Fundamental Understanding of Software Development Process & Methodologies and all relevant terms.
