The divestment project for the Singapore portfolio involves critical transition work such as system activities, including the management and closure of open purchase orders (POs), inventory migration, and ensuring data integrity in SAP and novation and localization of contracts. Temporary staffing support is essential to manage these tasks efficiently and to meet the divestment timeline without compromising existing operations.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage open POs, ensure timely closure as per agreed cut over timeline.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with relevant parties (Onshore CP Team, MTAC, Production, Operations, Finance etc.) to close outstanding items related to cutover exercise.
  • Support data reconciliation, PO tracking and alignment with SAP systems.
  • Handle Post Divestment Requisition to Pay related concerns such as goods receipt, service entries issue resolution and system related queries.
  • Oversee operational requirements of Catalyst and Chemicals portfolio. Ensure POs are being confirmed and delivered on time, may include PO expediting
  • Handle sourcing and expediting requirements related to TA discoveries.
  • Diagnose, resolve and/or coordinate the resolution of problem areas arising in the RtP process, analyzing requisition quality and work with requisitioners as necessary to make lasting improvements. The SC Procurement Specialist ensures commercial terms are correctly reflected in the purchase orders and suppliers get paid at agreed payment terms.
  • Follow-up and resolve daily procurement related issues with suppliers, businesses and finance.
  • Responsible for expediting activities as required by the Business.

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Supply Chain especially in Procurement area.
  • Experience in using SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Demonstrate understanding of the RtP policies, processes, systems.
  • Good stakeholder’s management skills.
  • Team player with ability to build long term relationships.
  • Demonstrates Enterprise First and Learner Mindset values and behaviors, with high level of situational adaptability.
  • Organized and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Able to challenge current solutions and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work independently.

  • Fluent English (written & oral).
