Responsibilities
- To prepare quotation for each inquiry.
- To communicate with the client effectively.
- To generate engineering documents such as component lists.
- To generate project schedule and manage project execution timeline.
- To prepare and update project progress reports.
- To understand the detail of P&ID and to finalize the document with the process design engineer.
- To work with respective team members to compile and complete the project final documentations, including operation manuals, certificates, reports and as built drawings.
- To attend project meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
- To liaise with internal team members, clients and external sub-contractors in terms of works arrangement and execution.
Qualifications
- At least Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical/Environmental Engineering.
- At least 3 years’ experience in industrial water treatment industry.
- Familiar with industrial wastewater treatment technology, preferable in biology processes and membrane technology (e.g. Ultrafiltration, Nanofiltration, and Reverse Osmosis).
- Able to work independently with least supervision and result oriented minded.
- Able to analyze and interpret in process technology and technical specifications.
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Project.
- Ready to travel and have valid passport.
- Knowledge of basic drawing, e.g. ACAD.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
