Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, servicing the Malaysia-based Distributors and customers. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer solution to the problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

What You Will Do as a USANA Customer Representative

Essential

  • Assist customers in processing orders, applications, and registrations.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Handling inbound call center and walk-in customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Perform other duties pertaining to the job requirements.


Background and Skills You Will Need

  • E xcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • MANDARIN speaking candidates are encouraged to apply as job require dealing with Chinese customers.
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of order entry system.
  • Available for remote work exclusively on alternate Saturdays, from 10 am to 2 pm, on a rotational scheduled basis.
  • 5 working days (Monday to Fridays), 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
  • Will be based in USANA Malaysia office situated in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
