Responsibilities

Technician is responsible to conduct troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of M&E systems and building defects such as ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, electrical, lightings, etc. Your role includes but not limited to:

• Report on maintenance issues and supervise contractors in preventive maintenance, corrective actions and improvement works carried out by contractors.
• Organising and liaising with contractors with repair and maintenance works.
• Ensuring customer and retailer safety.
• Acting as a frontline contact point for retailer queries and complaints.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Ensuring the Centre’s daily cleanliness, appearance and safety.
• Assisting with emergency procedures as required.
• Able to work rotating shift 24x7 (based on their roster), weekends and Public Holidays
  
  
  

Requirement

• Certificate of competency A4 from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• A4 Fresh graduate if encouraged to apply.
• Trade background essential (plumbing or electrical preferred)
• PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Familiar with Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations and etc.
• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills including relationship building

• This is a permanent role
• This role requires you to work on shift 24x7 (based on their roster), weekends and Public Holidays.
• You will enjoy 22 days annual leave per annum + 3 days wellbeing leave.
