- Proven track record as a Business Development Consultant or 3-5 years selling Automation or Digital Solutions
- Achieves consistent success in obtaining the following:
- Developing relationships with Consultants, Partners, EPC and End Users.
- Playing a significant role in securing accounts in assigned markets and geographies.
- Providing consulting and advisory on technologies around Digital Transformation Solutions.
- Leading opportunities by guiding junior team members to achieve positive outcomes.
- Proven working experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record

General Characteristics
- Oversees and/or lead strategic pursuits in collaboration with division leadership teams.
- Owns relationships with Consultants, Partners, EPC and End Users.
- Serves in leadership roles in internal RoviSys initiatives (example: QMP, RAC, Digitalization, etc.).
Technical Responsibilities
- Leads/Provides Consulting and advisory on technologies around Digital Transformation, IoT, MES, OT Cybersecurity, Analytics, or applicable Industry leading solutions.
- Independently strategizes, consults, and advises solutioning and implementation for different project scopes.
- Lead internal and external teams in engagements throughout the region.
Business Development & Communication Skills
- Conduct complex analysis to target new market opportunities.
- Build, foster and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners and key client stakeholders.
- Leads strategic sales pitches and presentation to key stakeholders at potential new clients.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to both internal teams and external partners on client solution requirements.
- Develops and implement strategies for securing new clients and exploring new markets.
- Leads and Mentors Junior members of the business development team to ensure desired outcomes.
- Contribute to development of Business Plans and work to achieve Business Targets per annual Plans.
- Prepares Marketing and BD Budgets to drive engagement and opportunities in the Region.
- Mentors and guide Junior team members in Partner/Client relations and strategy.
Direction Received
- Receives guidance and direction from BD Manager or Business Development Director.
