Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organised HR and Talent Executive to support the HR and Talent team. In this role, you will assist in a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the HR and Talent Manager to implement people-related initiatives and provide high-quality service to employees, enhancing their overall experience at the company.
1. Talent Acquisition Support:
· Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
· Conduct initial phone screenings and support hiring managers throughout the interview process.
· Manage communication with candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
· Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and conducting orientations.
2. HR Operations:
· Maintain and update employee records in HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
· Assist with payroll administration and processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
· Support employee benefits administration, ensuring employees are informed of benefits offerings and any changes.
· Help with leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
· Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support in resolving routine HR issues or escalating them when necessary.
· Support the HR and Talent Manager in implementing employee engagement initiatives and organising company events.
· Assist in conducting employee surveys and analysing feedback to contribute to engagement strategies.
4. Performance Management Support:
· Coordinate and assist in the performance review process, including scheduling reviews and maintaining performance data.
· Support the development of performance improvement plans where necessary, providing feedback and documentation.
· Help in identifying learning and development opportunities based on performance reviews and employee feedback.
5. Policies and Compliance:
· Assist in ensuring that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively to employees.
· Support compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations, ensuring HR practices are aligned.
· Help with internal audits and reviews related to HR processes and employee files.
6. HR Projects & Initiatives:
· Assist in the execution of HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee well-being, and organisational development initiatives.
· Collaborate with the HR and Talent Manager on various strategic HR initiatives to enhance company culture and employee satisfaction.
· Help gather data for HR metrics and reporting to provide insights to leadership.
7. Passion Projects:
· Candidates with a background in clinical psychology or counseling can clock in hours for passion projects related to mental health, employee well-being, or organisational behaviour.
· These projects must align with company values and enhance the workplace environment but should not interfere with core HR and Talent responsibilities.
· Work with the HR and Talent Manager to ensure a balanced approach that supports both departmental needs and personal growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
· Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition or a related field. Experience in counseling or clinical psychology is a plus. Fresh graduates who are willing to learn and progress in this field can apply as well.

· Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Tools & payroll system)
· Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
· Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
· An interest in mental health, counseling, or employee well-being initiatives is an asset.
· Proficient in written and spoken English, BM and/or Mandarin would be an added advantage.
