Accounts Payable Associate

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage bank deposits, cash collection, and daily cash flow.
• Process and manage checks, bills of exchange, invoices, and receipts efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of bank and cash transactions, ensuring timely reconciliations.
• Oversee bank payments, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other financial disbursements.
• Ensure timely and accurate employee salary payments in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to monitor payment deadlines and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Support ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounts payable or a similar finance-related role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• A team player with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in express delivery or logistics is an advantage.
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
• Must be willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
• Full-time position available.
