Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and general financial management. This role requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to managing financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant standards.
  • Develop and monitor budgets to align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Oversee general accounting activities, including managing cash flow and tracking financial performance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and advisors during audits and tax filings.
  • Provide financial forecasts, risk assessments, and scenario modeling for decision-making.
  • Support financial planning activities by delivering insights, analysis, and projections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in accounting or financial services.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial data clearly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
