Job Responsibility

Setting up machinery by positioning parts, loading materials and entering specifications on computers
Monitoring one or more stages of the manufacturing process while equipment is running
Assessing the quality of products and identifying any flaws
Troubleshooting problems that arise with machinery and making basic repairs
Regularly inspecting, cleaning and performing maintenance on machinery to keep IT in good working order
Updating logs with maintenance information
Completing productivity reports, detailing the number of parts or products made during each shift
Following health and safety rules to reduce the risk of workplace injury

Job Requirements

Min possess Diploma in any field.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.
Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.
Writing up reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.
Sourcing replacement parts.
Negotiating with suppliers and clients.
Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
Fabricating any components required.
Providing time and material cost estimates before starting a job.
Keeping abreast of advancements in your field and attending workshops as required.
