  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Reconcile Payment from customer and do relevant update
  • Prepare payments and ensure records are correct.
  • Invoice processing and filing.
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt / updating statement
  • Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled for the ease of retrieving
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting, clerical, and administrative functions of the Finance and Admin Department.
  • Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), SQL Account Software is a plus point
  • Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
