- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- Reconcile Payment from customer and do relevant update
- Prepare payments and ensure records are correct.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt / updating statement
- Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled for the ease of retrieving
- Liaising with third party providers, clients, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting, clerical, and administrative functions of the Finance and Admin Department.
- Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), SQL Account Software is a plus point
- Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
