Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Executive (Front Desk) at Tune Hotels in Sepang. The Guest Service Executive will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical tasks, communication, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills
• Clerical Skills
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
