Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent across various functions.
Source and Engage Candidates: Identify and engage with high-quality candidates using paid and unpaid job portals and professional networks.

Job Requirements

Experience: 4+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Education: Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices and employment laws.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Proficiency with applicant tracking and recruitment tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
