Job Responsibility

  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent across various functions.
  • Source and Engage Candidates: Identify and engage with high-quality candidates using paid and unpaid job portals and professional networks.
  • Conduct Interviews: Perform interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Manage Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, for the first 6 months 60:90:180days, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Maintain a pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Analyze Recruitment Data: Track and report on recruitment data to optimize strategies and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Education: Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices and employment laws.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
