Your Role
- Reporting to the Regional Planning Head Asia, the Regional Planning Manager will support Henkel Planning Agenda and drives initiatives in the region
- Identify continuous improvement initiatives required across markets in scope and ensures that those are aligned with company capability strategy
- Initiate, support or execute the continuous improvement activities in the region.
- Organizes session with market planners/ supply planners to review performance and address questions and challenges
- Manages and tracks the progress and status of all ongoing initiatives in the region to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time
- Coordinates lifecycle management process across the region to balance availability with mitigation of obsolesces costs
- Work closely with Global supply & Production Planning Process Excellence team
- Sustain the regional key user networks for planning organization, make sure roles are secured and knowledge is on the right level
- Periodically organize onboarding and (re-) training sessions to ensure knowledge stays current within planning organization
- Work closely with local market planners to improve demand planning and S&OP
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent
- 10+ years experience in the Area of Supply Chain
- FMCG business, market understanding
- Operational demand & supply planning knowledge
- Project management skills
- S&OP / IBP knowledge
- Strong knowledge of system such as SAP/ APO/ Kinaxis/ OMP/ o9 or similar
- Proven success in operational excellence and continuous improvement in end-to-end planning/ supply chain roles
- Strong communication skills, collaboration & hands on experience
